Prestbury Clearance

Professional Waste Removal and Property Clearance Services

Based in Cheltenham town centre, Prestbury Clearance is a family-run business with over a decade of experience providing professional clearance services. The company specializes in managing transitions for various property types, including retail shops, industrial units, warehouses, and residential homes. A distinct feature of their service model is the ability to buy old stock, furniture, and fittings, which can be utilized to offset the total cost of the clearance for the client. They operate seven days a week, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, to accommodate diverse scheduling requirements.

The business maintains a broad service area throughout Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. Core locations include Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, and Stroud, extending to smaller communities such as Bishops Cleeve, Winchcombe, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Chipping Norton. Prestbury Clearance emphasizes legal and regulatory compliance by adhering to all national and regional waste management and environmental protection standards. The company holds a valid waste carrier license (CBDU420350) and maintains comprehensive public liability insurance to ensure secure and documented disposal of materials.

By tailoring their approach to specific commercial or domestic needs, the team handles everything from industrial storage liquidations to standard household removals. Their operational framework focuses on transparency and safety, ensuring that all waste is handled through authorized channels. Potential clients can access services by requesting a quote for specific sites, ranging from high-street storefronts to large-scale storage facilities across the South West region.
