  1. Features

Clearance cost estimator: rooms and boroughs

The estimator now prices partial clearances room by room and adjusts for where the property sits in London.

    • Added a "which rooms need clearing?" tick list (kitchen, living, dining, bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, study, loft, garage, garden) with select all / clear all.
    • Added a London borough selector grouped by central, inner, outer and just outside the M25, each with its own cost factor.
    • The "what moved this estimate" breakdown now explains the room and area adjustments alongside fullness, access, parking and urgency.
