First For Clearance

First For Clearance is a professional waste management and demolition company serving residential and commercial clients across West Kent and East Sussex. Established in 2011, the company provides comprehensive rubbish and waste clearance services in areas including Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Maidstone, and East Grinstead. They specialize in a wide array of removal tasks, ranging from house, loft, and garden clearances to large-scale commercial office clearances and hoarding clean-outs. Their operations are supported by a diverse fleet of vehicles, including 3.5-ton transit cage tippers for general waste and 18-ton to 32-ton grab lorries designed for building waste clearance, aggregates, and muck away services.

Beyond standard junk removal, the business offers technical expertise in dismantling and demolition. This includes the removal of home and garden structures as well as entire building demolitions. A key differentiator for First For Clearance is their capability to handle hazardous materials, specifically asbestos removal and disposal, alongside chemical waste and fridge/freezer recycling. As an Environment Agency licensed carrier, they prioritize ecological responsibility, currently achieving a recycling rate of 86%. They also actively partner with local charities to repurpose and donate items whenever possible.

The company facilitates rapid service by providing price estimates within 30 minutes and offering next-day collections. Their safe disposal services cover bulky items such as mattresses, hot tubs, tires, and commercial fixtures. By utilizing larger capacity trucks than typical franchise competitors, they often complete removals in a single trip without the need for onsite dumpsters. Their service model focuses on responsible waste disposal, ensuring that debris from construction, renovations, and estate clearances is handled according to legal and environmental standards.
