Adelphi House Clearance

Adelphi House Clearance

Established in 1972, Adelphi House Clearance is a family-run business based in West Wickham, providing comprehensive clearance solutions across Bromley and the surrounding areas. As a Checkatrade approved company, they specialize in the removal of contents from residential properties, including full house clearances, flat clearances, loft clearances, and the clearing of garages and sheds. The company is particularly experienced in probate services and has collaborated with solicitors for over 30 years to manage estate clearances with professionalism and discretion. They also offer specialized hoarder clearance services, providing compassionate solutions for properties with significant accumulation.

One of the primary differentiators of Adelphi House Clearance is the expertise of its owner, Kevin Corneille, who leverages years of experience as an antiques dealer to provide accurate valuations of property contents. If valuable items, collectables, or rare pieces are identified during a clearance, the company offers fair purchase prices for these goods, which can effectively reduce the overall cost of the service. Their operational capacity ranges from small domestic spaces to large-scale commercial projects, such as their successful clearance of a 252-room convent and school.

The company adheres to an environmentally responsible disposal policy, working closely with organizations like Cancer Research UK and the Salvation Army to reuse and recycle items whenever possible. To ensure total customer satisfaction, they provide a free deep clean by professional cleaners after every full house clearance, leaving the property in optimal condition. Their services cover the removal of all household items, including furniture, appliances, electricals, and even free stairlift removal when part of a total clearance package. Each project is quoted individually following a site visit to ensure accurate pricing.
