A1 Rubbish Clearance

A1 Rubbish Clearance Services

A1 Rubbish Clearance is a local, family-run waste management company that has provided domestic and commercial removal services for over 25 years. Based in Northampton, the business extends its services to Milton Keynes, Wellingborough, Kettering, Daventry, Towcester, Rushden, and Corby. The company is Trading Standards Approved and holds a fully licensed Waste Carrier’s Licence from the Environment Agency. Their team is DBS checked and fully insured, catering to private homeowners, landlords, local councils, housing associations, and builders.

The company specializes in a comprehensive range of disposal solutions, including house clearances, garden waste removal, and office clearances. Unlike traditional skip hire, A1 Rubbish Clearance provides a labor-inclusive service where staff load the waste directly from any location on the property, including sheds, garages, and upper-floor flats. Specialized offerings include cement-bonded asbestos removal, small demolition works, and the disposal of heavy items such as furniture and white goods. They operate with a "pay for what we take" pricing model, ensuring customers only pay for the specific volume of waste removed.

Sustainability is a core component of their operations; all collected waste is transported to licensed transfer stations where materials like wood, bricks, metal, and plastics are sorted for recycling. In addition to general rubbish removal, the firm assists with probate property clearances and end-of-tenancy cleanouts. Customers can request quotes via phone, email, or by sending photographs of the waste through WhatsApp to receive a preliminary estimate. They accept multiple payment methods including card, cash, and BACS transfers.
